9-28I blower is generally used for forging furnaces and forced ventilation under high pressure and widely applicable to handling of particles, air and other gas than corrosive gas, self-igniting gas or gas containing sticky matters. The medium temperature should be lower than 80℃ and the content of sand and hard particles in the medium should be no more than 150mg/m3.

This blower can also serve as high temperature blowers for cement pre-decomposing process before the cement kilns (by using blowers with No. 16 or above), for steel forging and other special cases (by using heat-tolerant and high-strength materials).
Key Advantages:
1. Impellers- Impellers for 9-28I blowers have 16 long vanes and 16 short vanes. After impellers are formed, they go through static and dynamic balancing correction and high-speed running testing, ensuring their stable and reliable operation.
2. Blower casing-The volute casing system is welded by normal steel plates. For high temperature blowers, heat-tolerant materials may be chosen based on the actual temperature. The blower casing can be made in separable structure, too。
3. Air inlet- With convergent and streamlined integrated design, the air inlet is fixed to front cover plate set with screws.
4. Driving system-The driving system consists of main shaft, bearing box and coupling, etc. The main shaft can be made of quality steel or heat-resistant steel and apply ball bearing or sliding bearing based on different purposes. Ball bearing applies bearing lubricating grease for lubrication while sliding bearing applies thin oil for lubrication.
