10-18/9-18/9-16 High Pressure Centrifugal Fans
The 10-18， 9-18， 9-16 High Pressure Centrifugal Fans are applicable to medium and small scale fertilizer factories, cupolas, furnaces, positive-pressure fuel oil boilers for forced ventilation. They can also be widely used in material and grain handling as well as conveying of air and other gas than corrosive gas, self-igniting gas or gas containing sticky matters.
The 10-18， 9-18， 9-16 High Pressure Centrifugal Fans are applicable to medium and small scale fertilizer factories, cupolas, furnaces, positive-pressure fuel oil boilers for forced ventilation. They can also be widely used in material and grain handling as well as conveying of air and other gas than corrosive gas, self-igniting gas or gas containing sticky matters. Unless otherwise required, the medium temperature should not exceed 80℃, and the dust content of medium shall not exceed 150mg/m3.
Key Advantages:
1. Impellers-Blowers with fan No. 10-18 have 6 long vanes and 6 short ones; Blowers with fan No. 9-18 have 8 short vanes and 4 long ones while blowers with fan No. 9-16 have 12 vanes.
2. Air inlet- With convergent and streamlined integrated structure, the air inlet is fixed to front cover plate set with screws (All these three series apply the air inlet for Blower 9-19).
3. Driving system-The driving system consists of main shaft, bearing box and coupling, etc. They are made of quality steel and the bearing box is in integrated structure. F-type blowers have double-support and two bearing boxes. It applies sliding bearing and uses bearing lubricating grease for lubrication.
