10-24 High Pressure Centrifugal Fans are applicable to ventilation for sulfur acid furnaces with capacity of 40,000t per year and high-pressure forced ventilation for forging furnaces. They are also widely used in material handling as well as conveying of air and other gas than corrosive gas, self-igniting gas or gas containing sticky matters.

They are also widely used in material handling as well as conveying of air and other gas than corrosive gas, self-igniting gas or gas containing sticky matters. The medium temperature is generally no more than 80℃, and the dust content and hard fine particles in the medium shall not exceed 150mg/m3.
Key Advantages:
1. Impellers-Blowers with fan No. 6.8, 7.1, 7.4 have 14 long and 14 short front-curved vanes while blowers with fan No. 8 and 8.5 have 12 long and 12 short front-curved vanes. Impellers go through static and dynamic balancing correction after being formed and thus enjoy stable and reliable operation.
2. Air inlet- With convergent and streamlined integrated design, the air inlet is fixed to front cover plate set with screws.
3. Driving system-The driving system consists of main shaft, bearing box and coupling, etc. The main shaft is made of quality steel and the bearing box is in integrated structure. It applies rolling bearing and uses motor oil for lubrication.
