Y4-73-14 Centrifugal Fan and Induced Draft Fan for Boilers
The Y4-73-14 (single-blade) series fan is an improved product based on its prototype by changing original airfoil type blades to single-plate blades and adding strong medium plates between the front plate and the rear plate. The strong medium plate is welded by 12 steel plates in sequence between two adjacent blades.
The Y4-73-14 (single-blade) series fan is an improved product based on its prototype by changing original airfoil type blades to single-plate blades and adding strong medium plates between the front plate and the rear plate. The strong medium plate is welded by 12 steel plates in sequence between two adjacent blades. The wearable part of the working face of blades is surfaced with FNM-2 hard facing electrodes, which ensure fans’ high efficiency, low noise and high strength, high wearing resistance, prolonging the service life of the fan by more than 3 times.
Except for impellers, all the other dimensions and installation dimensions of Y4-73-14 series fans are identical with those of Y4-73-11 series fans, ensuring that the original matching motor can still be used after replacing the original airfoil-shaped impellers.
Y4-73-14 (single-plate blade) Wear-Resistant Centrifugal Induced Draft Fan for Boilers is particularly suitable for occasions such as induced drafting in boilers at power stations, dust removal in iron and steel plants, air inducing in latter parts of cement kiln, and sand transportation.
