5-29 High Pressure Centrifugal Fan is used to convey and induce air and transport non-corrosive, non-pyrophoric gas that does not contain adhesive matter or dust and hard particle contents greater than 150mg/m3. It is especially applicable to cotton processing and transportation as well as air blowing in cupolas, etc. The medium temperature is generally no more than 80℃.

Key Advantages:
1. Impellers- They consist of 12 backward, cone-shape and single arc-shape thick blades, arc-shape front plates and plate-shape back plates. The three things are welded together while back plates and shaft plates are riveted together. Impellers will pass static and dynamic balance correction after being completed and thus enjoy good air performance, high efficiency and stable operation.
2. Air inlet -Being installed at one side of the blower as an integrated welded part, it is in curved shape with the horizontally parallel section and enables air to flow into the impeller easily with little loss.
3. Driving system -It is composed of main shaft, bearing box, rolling bearing, belt pulley. The main shaft is made of quality steel. The rolling bearing inside the gray-iron-casted bearing box supports impellers and enables their safe operation.
