T35/BT35/BFT35 Axial Flow Fan
T35 Axial Flow Fan is a new product to replace 30K4 type fan. T35 is mainly used for ventilation, air exchange or heating radiation in factories, warehouses, offices, residential areas and other places. If the casing is removed, it can also serve as individual fans and be installed in series in the longer exhaust pipe to increase the air pressure in the pipe.

Product Structures：
Impeller--- It is composed of blades and hubs. The blades are made of sheet steel and are welded to the hub at selected mounting angles.
Casing--It is composed of an air duct and brackets, all of which are made of sheet steel and section profiles. The air duct is cylindrical and has certain clearance from the impeller. (The BT35 fan air duct is internally riveted with aluminum lining for explosion protection).
Wind collector--It is composed of flange and air collector. The air collector is in streamlined arc made of thin steel plate, which design reduces the loss of air inlet.
The T35 axial flow fan is base on similar foreign products. Through model test research, the fan blade type was determined, and the cylindrical hub structure was adopted. At the same time, the motor was redesigned to reduce the flow loss, thus making the fan efficiency outlet increase to 77% by the area of the circle and to 89.5% by the area of the outlet ring. The noise was reduced by 3.6db over the A sound, and the strength at the root of the blade was increased, avoiding blade breakage.
BT35 Explosion-Proof Axial Flow Fan is mainly used for discharging flammable, explosive but non-corrosive gas. The motor must be explosion-proof. The switch must be explosion-proof or away from the explosive point. Wire joint is strictly prohibited in the explosive area.
The gas passing through the T35 and BT35 fans should be free of corrosive and significant dust, and its temperature must not exceed 40°C.
BFT35 is mainly used for discharging flammable, explosive and corrosive gases, but the temperature must not exceed 60°C.
